Amazing isn't it? How do you like the water bottles? You may think I have Altzheimer's but this is a great way to make sure you drink enough water in a day. Every bottle has 16.9 ounces x 4 = 67.6 ounces. Of course, I have to subtract the water I pour in the iron and my plant at work if it is wilted. But, it comes out pretty close to 64 ounces (1 gallon) per day. It is really good for keeping on track as the day goes on. I try to drink two before lunch and the third before going home in the evening. Then, I only have one more before bedtime. Why the numbering? Because I lose track - and really you would, too.
This can be adapted for you tree huggers, too. I know that I, alone, am steadily filling a landfill with plastic bottles. Jesus and I will discuss it when I get home. If you are concerned about this, buy 4 different colored water bottles and use them like numbers 1,2,3, and 4. Or go ahead and buy the giant package at Wal-Mart and mark the bottles.
I am full of weird diet and exercise tips. Stay tuned for my double sports bra phone holder and my recipe to peanut butter and honey. Ha! You might want to skip that one. I eat this same sandwich almost every day - I'm in such a rut. I am not joking. Out of the 61 days this year, I am sure I have eaten this for lunch at least 50 times.
